Effervescent coach James Stevenson boasts an academic background as relevant as his practical experiences in football. A graduate with a first class honours degree in Sports and Exercise Science, James has had the opportunity to apply his academic knowledge in a number of practical arenas that form the bedrock of his success at the Academy coaching all aged players.

Not only is James an English FA qualified coach, he has also taught middle school Physical Education and managed his Year 8 football team to notable success. A graduate of the prestigious Charlton Athletic FC Academy, James has both the ability, skill and knowledge of football, both as a player and as a coach, to bring out the very best in his young players, all of whom thrive off James' lively, friendly and tireless attention to fortifying young player's confidence and ambition through boundless amounts of individual and group guidance, praise and encouragement.
