Devout Arsenal fan Davina brings a great deal to the table when it comes to coaching at the British Football Academy. Rarely seen without a huge smile on her face, the magnanimous Davina is in her element when it comes to the fun, encouragement and positive feedback she's constantly giving her young players. Her impressive teaching background has certainly aided her in terms of her psychological approach to coaching children, citing that although improving skills and technique is important the British Football Academy provides coaches like herself with a unique opportunity to foster sportsmanship, team camaraderie and team work, as well as providing young lives with an opportunity to have a veritable multicultural experience as they play and learn about football. Davina is committed to the long-term development of her young players' performance, both physically, mentally and socially.
